"Really lovely stay. Loved the free teas and snacks available in the Club. Only annoying thing was the metal headboard which didnt work well when leant on - noisily pops in and out. Oh and the lift which has a mind of its own."

"Stunning hotel in the centre of Lille. Perfect location for exploring, shopping and you’ll find plenty of places to eat and drink. We arrived on the Eurostar which was a 5 minute walk to the hotel which is adjoined to a Westfield shopping centre. Lille is a great little city, very pretty and well worth a visit. This hotel is the ideal location to stay when in Lille and I wouldn’t heaping staying here again. It has stunning views across the city and the rooms are comfy with all the amenities you’d quite of an apart hotel."

"We loved this charming place. It was a great location, the staff was wonderful, and it has an elevator—tiny, but it was great not to have to walk our luggage up several flights of stairs. We would definitely stay there again."

"This is a fantastic apart hotel and I recommend it. The 12th floor has great views of the city. The staff are excellent and check in etc was very easy. Rooms have a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge and pans/crockery etc. all in good condition. Hotels.com say check out is 12:00.... Actually it's 11:00. Very central and very easy for station, shops etc. highly recommended."
