Över förväntan, mysigt hotell med stor potential. Rummet var nyrenoverat och fint, städningen var helt okej men kunde varit lite noggrannare. Kommer absolut att åka tillbaka hit om vi är på resa i Dalarna.

Hade sviten och det var en skön säng, rent och bubbelkaret fungerade. Tyst och lugnt fast det ligger mitt i staden. Det är ett gammalt hus och lite bättre luftkonditionering hade suttit fint.

Rummet luktade klor. Relativt svalt rum vilket jag gillar Och om du är där för att få vila och lugn så skulle jag råda dig att inte vara där en fredag eller lördag eftersom restaurangen/krogen i samma hus hade hög musik och trubadurer som skrålade fram till 02 och folk som sprang i korridoren.

Tummen ner!
Rummen var bra, det som drar ner vistelsen är ingen personal i receptionen. Ena dagen var inte allt framdukat och kaffet fanns men det var kallt då man inte tryck på knappen. Den andra dagen blev det ingen frukost. Personal var inte på plats och skyllde på allt möjligt. Ska serveras 08 men säger när man ringer att den serveras 9.30. Smutsiga dukar på borden, smutsiga tallrikar och verktyg att ta maten med. Personal som är ute och festar, sköter inte alls sitt jobbet. Inte bra då man är ansiktet utåt för hotellet. Inte värt priset.
