El sitio está en un lugar ideal, justo en el corazón de La Habana Vieja. El personal fue encantador, nosotros tratamos más con Ana y Frank y fueron muy muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia….inicialmente habíamos reservado por 1 noche y al final acabamos quedándonos todos los días que estuvimos en La Habana en este lugar. The property is ok and very close to the main avenue, however I must say that Anna Cristina was an incredible host she was always pleasant and always understood my need while she is always striving to exceed my expectations, and as someone who have worked in the hotel/tourist industry I must say she was superb! The property was very clean and staff were lovely. They made sure you were ok, gave you great advice and support on the local area and made sure you stayed safe (I was travelling alone). The area is very very close to the centre and most people on the street were very friendly but the surrounding streets are a bit questionable with the people around.
