"Great for a short stay before flying out in the morning. I’ve stayed here numerous times now and find the staff very helpful and friendly, rooms more than adequate and the fact it’s connected to terminal 4 makes things easy. "Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"On arrival I was given the wrong room but still charged the higher room rate for the room I had booked. It was resolved fairly quickly. Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful.
