"We loved this place as soon as we set our eyes on it, both from the outside and the inside. Plenty of space in all rooms and everything else that you'd need, from wood to make a fire to a few biscuits and tea. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely grounds too. Not too far from the hills for walking or visiting nearby villages and towns. Plenty of local walks too. The pub up the road, The Butchers Arms serves excellent food as well as drinks. All in all, an excellent place to stay. Thank you. "

"Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "

"Lovely, well equipped property in beautiful, peaceful location, but only short drive to pubs for good food and nearby Monmouth - lovely town with great selection of supermarkets and individual shops and eateries. Beware the 2 speed bumps on your final approach to the property. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Like:Outside area. Dislike: Bathroom too close to the bed, split doors not nice. Very hot and very poor wifi."

"We spent three nights at this amazing little cottage. Prior to arrival we were given a key code for accessing the property, but the owner was outside to see us. The owners were at the end of the phone but did not bother us at all. There was milk, bread, butter and a delicious home baked cake left for us. The cottage was quaint and generally clean and tidy. However, the shower needs a bit of attention as it was grimy around the tiles and seal. The extractor needed a good hoover as was thick...

"We really enjoyed our stay at stable cottage. Excellent location with only a 5 minute walk into the town through the beautiful local church grounds. Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped and the hot tub was ready to use on arrival. Small outside garden area is enclosed which was perfect to let our dog out into."

"Very easy to find reception as it's all well sign posted. Checking in was very easy and they were ready for us early. Staff were very friendly and informative. Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We booked breakfast which was a full English style buffet, pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices etc etc. well worth it.
