I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. " Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"It was a nice property. The only issue is that all the pictures you see are rooms with view and a balcony. We got the ground floor,so we heard a lot of road noise. The only real issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and they said we had to buy our own, which does not make sense. The other issue was not with the property but the location,you needed to take the train everywhere, we about 4 to 6 stop away from all the touristy areas."
