"Hotel staff was amazing. Positive attitude to serve their hotel guests all the time. Staff service definitely meets a five-star hotel standard. However, the condition of the room needs renovation. Uneven flooring on bathroom floor. Grout dropped off between tiles were seen around toilet area. Otherwise, had a good hotel stay."

"This is no doubt a gorgeous property, and with a great location right beside West Lake so perfect for people looking for idyllic strolls beside the lake or a jog in the morning in beautiful surrounds. "Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort.
