"The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. In most interactions, they seemed almost annoyed to be bothered by have to check in guests, answer questions or service the breakfast buffet. "Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "
