"The Novotel Munich Airport hotel is a modern comfortable hotel located on the MUC airport complex. We drove to the hotel which is about a 5-7 minute drive to the airport terminal/car rental return location. Parking at the hotel cost €28 a day which seemed a little excessive. You can also travel to the terminal by taxi. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer their own transfer vehicles. "When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro. "I wanted to stay in a German hotel, so I chose Mövenpick Hotel München Airport in Hallbergmoos. It was rated a Four Stars hotel, but was actually Three Stars. It lacked the high end feel and amenities usually part of a Four Star stay. The Star rating is different than a Four Star Review. "The hotel was very close to the airport and very convenient for a quick one night stay. I had an early flight in the morning and the hotel staff was very helpful and made sure I got to the airport on time. I will be staying here again when I'm using the Munich airport."

"Very clean, updated and convenient property. Check in and check out were really easy and very well organized. Room was perfect. Loved the Rituals products! Breakfast was amazing! My only criticism was that the in house restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were tired and didn’t want to leave but we saw the menu and it was not appealing at all, and judging by the reviews we made the right choice to go elsewhere."
