"The Ceiba is an excellent hotel. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would like to recognize some individuals who were superb. Seco in the restaurant was so fantastic, very friendly. Maya, in housekeeping, did a very good job in cleaning my room. Very friendly. Jailson Saqui at the front desk was outstanding. Herculano, the shuttle driver was very friendly and helped me out a lot. All of the staff including the security guards were exceptionally good. I loved the hotel. This is the hotel that everyone should stay at in Bissau. I loved the hotel!"
