"Overall hotel is good, doesn’t really look like the pictures though! A little tired now in rooms and the outside especially the pool area. Be good if offered food/drink service when relaxing at the pool. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Staff seem a little disjointed in knowing about the facilities the hotel offers. Overall good, but would be great with a few improvements. "

"Second time to return since last year. I was upgraded from a standard room to a better one. The infinity rooftop pool was the main reason i wanted to return, but this year the water was murky and not clear as before. Also in the middle of the day they chose to put chemicals in, with a "Pool not open" sign, so we couldn't get a late morning swim as before. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good however. A bit disappointed. I'll look elsewhere next time I come to Chennai."

"Only there for a few short hours as an overnight for early airport departure. Only room service was used which was quick and nice. Rest of hotel new & clean but having doors in bathroom for both shower and toilet was inconvenient and unnecessary."

"When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends."
