Hotel con excelente ubicación pero carente de servicios, personal amable, habitaciones pequeñas y sucias, con much entrada de luz. Solo recomendable si busca algo económico y céntrico solo para llegar a dormir un rato.

El baño sucio y con hongo, no colocan jabón ni papel higiénico haatque lo solícitas, las camas incómodas, las toallas parecen lijas en general la habitación muuy mal para lo quw cuesta una noche esta fatal

El personal atiende super bien pero lo malo que al principio nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y con cama matrimonial y a los minutos nos bajaron a otra porque según eso la que nos dieron era para 8 personas!!! Cuando tenía solo 1 cama matrimonial. A la que nos bajaron huele horrible, no tiene ventilación y también tiene una cama matrimonial.

Solo pase una noche ahi... La verdad es modesto y cumple con la utilidad de dormir cerca de lo mas significativo de Guanajuato. No lo recomendaria pra viaje familiar. Pero para pareja y aventura, esta excelente.

Hotel by Historic Center
Hotel staff was great, very friendly and very helpful. Also location is amazing and convenient. The only thing was room conditions. Our first room was on the lower floor, with no fan or AC and only one tiny window in the bathroom (which we couldnt keep open because it faced straight to the reception area) the room would get very hot. Then one night our TV fell off the TV wall mount. Thank God nothing happened, neither any one got hurt. We then had to change rooms.

ふた部屋予約したにも関わらず、ひと部屋しか空いておらず、近くのホテルに１人だけ移動しろ。と 移動する先のホテルはふた部屋の空きがあり。しかし１人しか動かしてくれない。 自分のミスにも関わらず利益勘定だけで女性なのにも関わらず連れと危うくバラバラに宿泊させられるとこでした。このやりとりで21時にホテルに着いてから1時間以上待たされる。 そこそこの宿泊料金だったのにも関わらず最低の対応でした。

Hotel 200 steps from callejón del beso.
Location is great, in the heart of downtown.the bed was very hard and wires coming out of the mattress. Room rate was cheaper in the hotel than what I paid through expedia.their rates are posted,I asked if possible to get the lower rate, they said no.

Run down and non helpful staff.
From the beginning of 4 night stay we paid and asked for a receipt and answer was sure but later. Same response each day. Finally with taxi to leave hotel on final morning, no staff in sight so no receipt for cash payment. Hotel is pretty run down and not cheap as it should be.

Dejo cosas a desear.
La verdad me quedé insatisfecho,puesto que no respetaron mi reservación y la primera noche la tuve que pasar en habitaciones separadas, a las 9:00 a.m se suponía que iría un muchacho a ayudarme a mover mi auto a una pensión pero fue hasta las 3:00 p.m cuando llegó (para esta hora yo ya había movido mi auto de llpugar y tuve que dejarlo en la calle), y la segunda noche ya estuve con mi familia pero en otra habitación que no era la que yo había reservado (balcón privado y cama matrimonial y una individual). En general el servicio fue bueno, solo recomiendo poner más atención a la hora de hacer reservaciones.

Buena ubicación, mala privacidad!
La habitación es muy pequeña y no hay privacidad, en la habitación 2 se escuchaba perfectamente lo que decían en la habitación 3. El baño está descuidado y huele mucho a humedad. El precio es elevado para las instalaciones que ofrece y es diferente el precio publicado en internet al que te cobran al momento de hacer la reservación.

Muy buena ubicación
La ubicación es excelente. Hotel sencillo de 6 habitaciones. Unas al parecer están mejor que otras. Es como una casa que te rentara un dormitorio con baño propio. Sin amenidades ni lujos, la cama y almohadas duras. El baño limpio pero podría mejorar, ejem. cambiar la cortina de la regadera porque estaba rota y con hongo. En general, es una buena opción si sólo deseas estar en un hotel con excelente ubicación pero sólo para dormir.
