"Pros: Beautiful 3bed/3bath Cottage house with older New Orleans charm. Clean & spacious! Equipped with what you need. Comfy beds. Nice Hot Tub outback. Secured property with keyless entry. Cons: Street parking was scarce. Homeless Camp less than 2 blocks down. People living in tents and broke down vehicles with stay dogs running loose. "

"What a beautiful and unique property! The room was very comfortable, the decor and condition of the historical building were exceptional. The owner trusts his guests which is fantastic, with an honor bar/fridge and open kitchen. We had issues with the front door security which required us to call him several nights in a rolw. "room was not cleaned when we arrived, bed unmade, towels on floor. To their credit, they sent someone right over and left a bottle of wine. Security light went on all night keeping us up ( Bottom floor ). Location was good, Recommend second or third floor if your staying. Since room was not cleaned, we were worried someone else had access to door lock code ( all doors outside as this is a large home renovated to hotel rooms.
