"room was not cleaned when we arrived, bed unmade, towels on floor. To their credit, they sent someone right over and left a bottle of wine. Security light went on all night keeping us up ( Bottom floor ). Location was good, Recommend second or third floor if your staying. "Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable. I walked to restaurants, cafes, galleries and a nail salon. Communication wasn't the best. One staff member would tell me one thing and then I would go to another staff member and they would tell me another thing. I was told there are no towels on the rooftop and to ask the front desk.
