"Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "

"The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but a bit tinier than I expected. Nevertheless, it didn't upset me as I was staying there just for a night. It's safe and in a great location. If you’re as big a walker as I am, you'll enjoy the fact that the hotel is approximately 1h11 away from the airport. And sure, Promenade Des Anglais is short 5min walk away."

I would recommend this hotel fir solo travel, a business trip or families."

After that our room was sparkling clean, looking and smelling good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is located just a throw stone away from the Nice Ville train station and near the tram and buses. It is very convenient and nice boutique hotel, but you have to ask them to take good care of your room."

"Very surprised when we got there we couldn't get in, walked right round the block to find a way in. Owner very friendly and his new dog, room very basic and clean, for the price it was fine. We did not realise he only has a few rooms on the first floor, the rest of the building is apartment's or offices, hence why we couldn't walk in.
