Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services . Then there was Nati (housekeeper), who was very cheerful and cleaned my room spotless. The only negative was the jacuzzi and firepit were out of service when I arrived, but the happy hour was great and I loved...

"The Proximity always feels like coming home again. It’s beautiful, warm and welcoming. The rooms are super comfortable and efficient. The staff was nice enough to let me have an early check in even though I was planning to work in the lobby until check in time. The lobby has Nespresso lattes in the morning. And we love being able to walk to PrintWorks Bistro without even stepping outside. The best!"
