"When I arrived I got checked in with no issues I had a one bedroom king no issues there only thing I didn’t like was I needed to leave by 4am got told they don’t open valet till 5am so I made a exception to stay but only for me to be told in about 10 min called twice more just for them to say by this time it’s 530am it’s been ready it’s across the street I was never told that I had to come over and pick it I dropped it off in from of the hotel"

"Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. There was a little detail with the heat and the maintenance personnel showed up in seconds to fix it. The service was excellent, next morning the coffee shop has professional barista that really knows the trade. I will stay there again"

"Very good location for my stay. The property is somewhat dated, looking the same as when I last stayed here 10 years ago. Refrigerator in room is most appreciated. Close to bus lines 36, 22, and 151. Have lunch at "The Bagel" a few blocks north for a wonderful Jewish Deli experience."

"It was a cool looking as the photos, the lobby area was wonderful to hang out in by the fire. Walked to bars and restaurants over New Years week, had a great time."
