"This is a wonderful hotel with easy walking access to Parliament Square and much of London. Only complaint was that communication regarding restrictions to all of the area around the hotel on NYE should have been made clear at booking and more information about how to leave the hotel and not get locked out during that evening should have been available at check in or when we received the bracelets. No one was clear about how to get back to the hotel, so we remained inside all night."

"This hotel is long overdue an overhaul and this year it was nice to see they’ve started it on some rooms. Worth a visit but don’t expect plush 4/5 star hotel. It’s dated but they seem to be improving things. Staff are lovely, pool is small and the lady who runs the pool does so with an iron fist and is sometimes over zealous. "We had a lovely stay and the food was amazing! We ate in the domes in the evening and the atmosphere and food were perfect. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. I did feel they were a little disorganised, i emailed previously to request early check in and although this was not promised they said they would do everything in their power to accommodate and that this request would be noted.
