"The proprietors of this hotel were absolutely lovely. We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness and in English when we arrived well after checkout time. "Lovely stay here as we were attending a wedding. The owner Cooki is very warm and friendly. Breakfast is lovely. Hot shower with plenty of towels available. The grounds are plentiful. "The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it.
