"Great stay would highly recommend "

"Perfect location being at the center of Gozo Island and the Cittadel is about 10-minute walk away. I could see it from the roof top of yhe hotel. A lot of public buses make a stop within a few minutes of walk from the hotel, if not right at the front door. You literally can go to the majority of attractions by bus in about 10 minutes. The hotel is situated on a major road and above the Duke Shopping Mall where there is a LARGE supermarket in the basement, a restaurant and a lot of retail stores. There are a number of restaurants and cafes along the major road where the hotel is located on. The hotel room (and other shared areas) was very clean and spacious. The hotel room I stayed at was quiet because of not facing the major street Bath robes and sleepers (of course, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap) were provided. All staffs (receptionists, caretakers and restaurant servers) were super polite and helpful. The receptionist by the name, Sharlon, who greeted us upon checking-in was super professional, knowledgeable and enthuiastic in introducing /recommending the major attractions based on our interests and how to get to them by bus. I very much appreciate his professionalism and rate him the best reception staff I have met to date. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel in Gozo. You won't be disappointed. "

"Nice Hotel"

"The hotel is within walking distance of the Gozo to Malta ferry port (7 minutes downhill). It is very clean and we were welcomed with a glass of juice on arrival at reception. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was stunning and the only criticism was that there were only 2 teabags and 2 sachets of sugar, but we managed to obtain extras and milk from the bar. Breakfast was extremely busy (0930) and we had aa little wait to be seated. The selection on offer was very good with fruit, cold meats, croissants, bread and cooked items of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, tomatoes and beans. All in all a super hotel and would definitely stay again."

"A wonderful week's stay in this delightful hotel whilst visiting family in a nearby village. Appreciated the spacious room with large bathroom including a walk in shower. The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was plenty of space in wardrobe and drawers for clothing. A cooked or continental breakfast was served by a wonderfully, friendly and smiley lady in the downstairs breakfast room although room service was also available if required. Next door restaurant and bars provided options for an evening meal. Communication from the hotel was excellent and provided by Frankie who kindly arranged a late check in for us. The on site reception team were wonderfully efficient and led by the lovely and very friendly Sandra who also provided to be a source of great local knowledge. With Sandra's help we discovered walks, taxis and bus routes that enabled us to fully explore locally and visit nearby Victoria. Sannat is a very quiet and beautiful village with a stunning church opposite the hotel, and all the local people we met were very friendly and helpful.
