"upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again"

"We had a lovely stay at the Haverley. The Spa was a little busy in the afternoon but the hotel was full. The Thyme restaurant was lovely on the evening. Our room was beautiful and even though it was on the front of the hotel was quiet. "

"Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rain shower was great and would go as hot as I like it. Wifi is excellent too :-) Comfy bed and pillows. It’s just a pity I was only there for one night. "
