The hotel was not the worst but the customer service was far from great. We had to ask 3x for the baby crib and there was no mattress in it, I needed to add a comforter at the bottom so that my baby wouldn’t be sleeping on the metal bars. The front desk did not care to help out

Great location but I couldn’t get past the condition of my room. Despite paying full rate I was put in a grungy room that had original carpets full of stains. I couldn’t bear to take my shoes off. The shower had hairs in it. The doors were broken. I felt uncomfortable in the place. The sheets were at least clean. Would not recommend.

The construction made it even more challenging to park a full size truck. The room was one of the older ones which had a bit of a funky smell but spacious. Would definitely benefit from an update. The hotel was very convenient in location and staff were personable. I will stay again but request a newer suite and hope the construction is complete. Thank you.

We have often stayed at Les Suites when we are in Ottawa so it was an easy choice when we were looking for a place to stay for the Army Run. The rooms are large and provide ample space for the family as there are separate rooms and 2 bathrooms in the larger unit. Unfortunately, one of the showers was broken so our plan for faster showers didn't work out but the front desk was very responsive when we called to inform them and offered to send someone up to look at it (we declined as we were calling it an early night). We will book here again without hesitation.

I really enjoyed staying at les suites. The staff were helpful and kind. Its in a perfect location for restaurants amd downtown tourism. You can walk everywhere, if its to far to walk the bus system is very good. The room felt like a home away from home. The view i had of the city was awesome. Will definitely stay there again
