"Arrived at 330 our room wasn’t even ready so given a voucher for a cocktail messed with our plans to be in the spa early then dinner. So had to change these all by time we got into our room. The units were all sticky from night before glasses spilled drink . Spa fab but mobbed , left our robes with room key to come back to and someone lifted them so we had no robes no room keys so ye again back to reception that’s not a good set up everyone wearing same stuff! This must happen all the time "

"Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, very tasty food but central heating in all communal areas seemed turned off (radiators all cold) so uncomfortably cold in the restaurant and lounge areas. Guests wearing coats to keep warm. Heating in bedrooms fine. "

"Friendly check in and departures, able to leave bag. Pool was quite small so felt crowded with 20 people. No biscuits in room with tea/coffee. Could do with a fridge and a wee table for sitting at."
