"Never have I had to leave a hotel. We planned to celebrate my birthday at the agriturismo, the day before they emailed to say there was the option to eat by the pool. When we arrived there was no one to greet us, took about 20mins to find someone that worked there. We were then showed to our room. We went to the pool and were asked again if we really wanted to eat in the restaurant as we would be the only ones, all other guests would be eating by the pool.
