"My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. "Overall it was good. The room was large, clean with a full kitchen. Our only negative comes with the laundry which only opens from 10-6pm, we usually wash our clothes after dinner not in the day when we want to visit the island! And when they open the laundry next morning at 10:30AM, the dryer was in out of order for weeks we were told. For us it was sad as we selected that hotel because they were suppose to have a laundry but if you do not plan to use that service the rest was perfect. "
