"Location was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable enough, if a bit sterile. The staff was friendly. I booked this hotel over others in part because it said they had parking available. They really don’t. There is parking well off site, and it really isn’t much of a discounted rate from the regular parking garage (19 for their area, 24 for the public lot) . "This hotel is in a great location, but needs urgent an improvement, the elevators out of two one didn't work half of the time, overbooked and not prepare to received so many guess. The staff tried hard to pleased the customers, but they where understaff. I wish they can solve this problems, it's very well located in the city center walking distance to every attractions"
