"I enjoyed my stay except the cleaning staff starts knocking on doors as early as 8:30 am and then and 9:15..It was very annoying considering it was not close to check out. The 2nd knowk the pwrson kept asking what time Inwas keaving. I felt rushed at 9:15 which was not close to check out time."

"Every staff member that we interacted with was amazing. Very accommodating, helpful and kind. We chose this location purely because of the pool, my child (7), was excited to use the pool after our days walking around. The first night we were told you need a reservation to use the pool... Which was odd to us, but we reserved a time for the next day. We were able to check in, to get the key into the pool, but when we got there the pool wasn't open, partially drained and maintenance asked us to...

"Lovely staff. The property is in need of spackling and fresh paint. Sidewalk repairs are also needed. Lock repairs are needed.The music in the lobby was beautiful. I was in a non smoking room, but clearly smelled smoke from an adjacent room. Thin walls. "

"By far a good place to spend your money on except the rudeness we experienced in the restaurant. We were sent out or asked to pay $17 for breakfast we had already paid in the ticket. Took a while to show them. Please streamline this. It really hurt "
