"Great location, nice / helpful staff, and clean all around with updated bathroom. Very peaceful stay, nice staff & people staying were quiet & respectful. Great value and will definitely stay again. 1 min drive away from Univ of Buffalo north campus which we were touring and close to highway etc. Short drive to stores / restaurants but that was fine. Breakfast was fine / quick type but worked well for us to grab / self serve type which we preferred over waiting for slow wait staff...

"The hotel was just what I needed for a busy weekend - The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I faced the parking lot and it was surprisingly quiet. (the kids across the hall, not so much) Comfy mattress, pillows, soft sheets - slept well. I didn't eat the breakfast due to other plans, just took a look and it was as you'd expect. Coffee was fine. Will very likely stay there again later in the year."

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no creamer available at the free coffee bar except for sweetened coffee mate.2 of their employees Hannibal and Judy went out of their way to find us some. Every employee we spoke to said it was a major complaint from guests. Hoping this gets rectified before our next stay. "

"We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again! "
