"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. "Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"Booked room for one night, check in was quick, efficient and staff was friendly. it was room number 500 with a view. Room was Clean and suited for one person. There was basic toiletries (towels, toilet paper,), also had a tea / coffee table. Room was basic but good enough for one night. Only negative was corridors had a smoky smell but once you enter room you don’t get that smell. Also, on check out I was able to leave my luggage to go sightsee and was able to return to collect it. "

"Next to Luzern train station, there is a short-cut if you walk to the end of platform 15, there is an elevator connected to an overhead bridge linked to the hotel. Nice Thai restaurant just around the corner. Clean room and friendly staff. "

Very nice in Old Town

"Excellent location less in Old Town. Only about 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The entire town is very walkable. Breakfast was typical European and quite good. Room was clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay again."
