"I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. No apology no concern, no sorrow on her part and obviously no compensation "

"Two bath towels for the 3 rooms I booked. It was raining hard on our last night. Ceiling was leaking where the lights are. There’s only fitted sheets on our bed. Restaurant is closed, water dispenser is outside the room. The only good part of the hotel are the Staffs, specially Michele."

"There is no hot water, and there was bugs in the room. They did their best to keep it clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, but if you want to be quiet, it will stay noisy till about 12:30 after midnight because of the live bands at the restaurant."

"The main complaint is about the dogs that bark all night long and they’re very violent and aggressive dogs that are so loud that they wake you up all night long!!!
