"I had a great stay at this really pleasant hotel, close to the heart of Leuven and on the edge of the medieval Begrijnhof. Very modern and comfortable interior and excellently positioned for walking into town or the botanical gardens. Beware of a lot of cobblestones, though!"

"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"Hotel is perfectly positioned in central Leuven. The hotel does not have a car park but offered discounted rate at local car park. The hotel has a small lift to all floors as the stairs can be steep with lots of luggage. The rooms, were basic but nicely presented. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, eggs, salmon, breads and luxury teas. The staff were excellent and polite. I had a 1 night stay for business."
