"Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room. "Mgr helped me get things sorted out and Went Above and Beyond as Expedia Dropped the Ball and Did Not send the hotel my confirmation # and itinerary for the continued stay here thru Sunday . Expedia Customer Service Rep was able to get things sorted out after another hour on the phone . Expedia Gets 1 Star and everyone else gets 5 stars . Typical Corporate Dissatisfaction Again !
