"We never stayed here before and selected the hotel because we wanted to go to the Field Museum. We somehow got room 2422, which felt like winning the lottery as it looked out toward Lake Michigan and the museum campus. The view of the sunrise was incredible. It was an easy walk to the museums. We ate at the attached restaurant, which was good. The hotel's valet service was quick and friendly."

"Can't say how awesome our stay was. The valets abd bell hops didn't like it but I was able to park my own car, keep my keys and access the vehicle whenever I need to. 27th floor room with a southward view."

"Short distances to the Radius and Chinatown areas, however parking is really bad and it's public parking, make sure to reserve ahead if available on parking apps."

"Great place to stay. Checking in was seamless. The ladies at the desk were super friendly. Only issue is the next day when they clean my room I came and found the door left open and my stuff was in there. That was a bit scary that they leave my door not closed but the latch in the space. Overall I like this hotel."

"The Chicago Hilton is perfectly situated for travelers, which walking access to Grant Park, the Red Bus stop right outside the hotel for a full sightseeing experience and proxmity to dining options. The staff was attentive, gracious and even allowed us to check in early after a long flight. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the hotel granted us $18 in laundry credits per day plus $10 in meal credits each day too. Outstanding service and attention to hotel guest needs. Highly recommend. "
