"Property uses misleading advertising. The property pictures on Ecpedia shows room with balcony, however property management refusef to honor it. By the time they agreed it was already past 11 PM, and i coukd not avail of room advertised on Expedia."

"Excellent Property with fabulous hospitality. Beautifully managed tents and rooms. Very decent, helpful and super cooperative staff. We stayed there for 2 nights during our Kedarnath Trip. On last day I was too tired that I missed the CheckOut time. The owner of the property Mr. Manoj Semwal and property caretaker Jagmohan were too gentle that they not only extended my stay by few hours but also aligned a staff to take care if I needed anything else. We rarely find such service by a hotelier...

"Property is average as compared to the charges and manager Mr. Mohanty or something like that was rude enough and was behaving as he is running a 5 star resort. The helipad attached is here of no use unless you book private helicopter through them. Nature view is awesome and so other staffs."

"Wrost experience. The first room shown was not in good shape , broken heater & the management wanted to charge for it.Room was changed to a o.k. Room. Dirty bed sheets, unchanged.Had to ask them to change them. Ask for towels. Breakfast was included but not offered . Toast & tea were prepared when requested. Wish had chosen a different place to stay. Cancelled another stay day due to difficulties encountered. "

"Overall, my experience was wonderful. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and polite, and the room was comfortable, conveniently located near the temple. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. A wider variety or a few enhancements could elevate the experience further. Just a suggestion for potential improvement!"

We rarely find such service by a hotelier specially during their peak season. Location gives an extra edge to this property. Its right near the Sitapur Parking. Prices are very reasonable. Overall 5 star rating. Would love to stay at this property when we visit again. "
