"One night stay was great, room was great BUT did not know there was no restaurant or lounge available. Would not have booked there. A list of close by restaurants was provided. Restaurant we choose Story Book ( excellent) was over a kilometer, not walkable especially on crutches. Will only return when the restaurant is open again, which was excellent in the past"

"We had an individual who was smoking on our floor repeatedly however they did talk to him and were aware of the situation when we made a complaint to the front desk. While that is never an ideal hotel experience and it was disruptive to our stay for the three days (as it was fairly consistent amount of stale smoke in the hallway) while we were there it hopefully is not the norm as the staff seemed concerned. "
