"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"Nice and clean hotel, the gentleman that checked me in wasn’t friendly. But the gal that checked me out the next morning was friendly and happy to help me. The wifi didn’t reach my room, but not a huge deal. Everything else was great!"
