"Location, location, location!!!"

"Super location to explore all of the beautiful city of Kanazawa. The castle and garden were minutes away as well as many museums and the Samurai and Geisha districts. The many alleyways surrounding the hotel were full of great food and entertainment, and it is right on the main street for easy bus access to the whole city. the Japanese breakfast buffet was superior there was a spa and bath on the top floor with amazing views! my room had all I needed and was well appointed. "Has a sauna, cold bath, natural bath and hot bath. Staff were excellent, and parking on the opposite side for about 1600 a night. Right in the middle of a very bustling night life. Although, windows on the 10th non smoking floor weee fastened shut and in early March the air on was very hot. Good for some. Fukui is great area though, plenty to go and see in1hr around by car."

"Nice room with a good location. Very clean and great staff. Nice perk that they offered movies for free in English on the TV. Rooms are pretty tight though. May be problematic if you have a lot of luggage."

"AC of my room didn’t work because of hotel’s setting. So I opened the window of my room all night. And the shower room is full of mold."

"It depends how many people and they change AC to save energy and breakfast buffet which uncomfortable for staying people and window carting is thin so too cold in evenings. "

"This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."

"Staff was kind. Plenty of self-service facility including vending machine, microwave oven, etc. Room is quiet even the hotel building is beside railroad tracks. Only problems are very limited parking space and early-closing restaurant."
