"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Esmerelda! The spacious villas are private and secure, with a gated entrance and a private walkway to the beach. It’s also just a short walk to Orient Beach Village, so we felt safe letting our young daughters explore on their own. The resort’s restaurant is fantastic—make sure to book in advance for the Friday lobster special. Breakfast is complimentary, with fresh fruit and French breads, offering a taste of the authentic French West Indies. If you're looking for an American-style buffet, this isn’t it, but the offerings are perfect for a relaxed start to the day. Overall, this resort combines comfort, privacy, and convenience for a wonderful St. Martin experience. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I liked the included breakfast, the towel loans for the beach and the parking. The room was clean and nice. The best part was the access to the beach, it was nice if we chose to stay around the area, as well it was nice for a night walk. As well 5 min walk away from the hotel in front of the casino there were 4-5 small family owned restaurants 😃. The only negative for me was that my flight out was only at 5 pm and I asked for a late check-out at round 1:30-2:00pm and I was advised that it's 50% charge of one night. I understand if the hotel was at capacity but I checked and there were still free rooms possible to book. "

"I had a wonderful and relaxing time at La Samanna. The staff is what truly makes this place special. They are very attentive and ensure that you are well taken care of. My favorite dining experience was at the Italian restaurant, where the food was excellent overall. I also had a massage at the spa, which was incredible thanks to the experienced staff. The beach is stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand at your feet. If you're looking for a quiet and rejuvenating getaway, I highly recommend La Samanna. I will definitely be returning!"
