"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size...

"We booked through Expedia with no problem and received the usual confirmation email. When we turned up we found that the hotel was closed for the season. Nothing else was open in the area. We had to drive over 2 hours to Toulouse, arriving minutes before the 6pm curfew. Luckily the first hotel we found was open and accepted pets. I called Expedia and was told that hotels are meant to notify them if they are closed, even for one day."
