At night, the area around the hotel didn't feel particularly welcoming due to homelessness, but this was a problem all around the city."

"There was a lack of staff, they were trying to cover both the bar/restaurant and the hotel reception desk. Every time we came to the desk we had to look around to find someone to help us. Otherwise, our room was the largest we have had. "
