"Visibly, effort was expended into the decoration and level of service provided, going for a boutique-like chalet atmosphere. The training (probably from an école hôtelière) of the staff was visible, although sometimes inflexible in a French way :-) (Speaking as a Frenchman...) and not attuned to a professional's schedule (but their market is not the corporate world).
