"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"As seniors we much enjoyed our time there because of the above. Our room was very clean. The appliances were dated. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had to be replaced which was an inconvenience because it took up 3 hours of our time. Stove and fridge were older and probably should be replaced as well. Wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in condo so we could look at ourselves before we headed out. Thank you"

"The house was great. The hotel & pool were also great. The check in was my only complaint, I went to rentyl desk like I was emailed to do, they sent me to another check in. The guy at that check in had us wait & got another guy to check us in. The guy who checked us in mumbled & acted as though we were bothering him. He did not give us any extra info on hotel or activities. We asked about our complementary rum punch but he said it was over for the day. "
