"Beautiful hotel -- accommodations, design/decor, food/beverage and staff are all lovely, and I will stay here again! Here's what would make me give it a 5 instead of a 4: where the "desk" is, there's no room for a chair, making the desk nonfunctional; replace the desk w/ a chest of drawers, which will make unpacking so much easier.
