"Beautiful new hotel in a great location. All staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna during our stay in December. Hotel has a convenient free parking garage. The only very minor issues we had were that the TV was a bit difficult to figure out at first, and the mini bar in the room seems way too aggressive (weight sensors?!?) I’d prefer a friendly snack/concessions stand by the elevators rather than a ridiculous mini bar that I have to be careful not to touch. I’d rather they...

"Front desk person was on the phone selling a potential customer a room for 15 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in. I get it if she’s the only one working but why not AT LEAST, say hey hold on a second please. Or anything… after driving 13 hours I needed to use the restroom and I was about to bleed all over the lobby because it took so long to check in when there was absolutely no one else there. The vibes were cute. Definitely need to do better at keeping vagrants out of the lobby...
