"We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. "Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! "Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"Enjoyed a 4 night stay in September . What a wonderful place . Tasteful , relaxing finca in a beautiful location with fantastic hosts . Food was outstanding . The pool area was fabulous . Couldn’t fault anything and thoroughly enjoyed this special boutique hotel . As a bonus it is also incredible value for the price . We were delighted to find this wee gem and highly recommend . "

"The property was a beautiful country home a near wonderful hiking trails and a short drive from either Valencia or Alicante. Our hosts (Macu and Jose Luis) were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They provided maps and points of interest in the area and, although we would often return late in the evening, there was always someone awake to greet us upon our arrival. A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "

"We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. Its was absolutely spotless and the views were amazing we had both sea and mountain. My only negative was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend the Blue Line Aparthotel"
