Alugamos um quarto para três pessoas, o quarto estáva terrivelmente sujo, não tinha toalhas para todos solicitados na recepção duas vezes solicitamos para um senhor que fazia limpeza e não nos foi trazido, a limpeza do banheiro tinha até sabonete usada de hóspedes anteriores. Realmente eles tem que rever a questão higiene

Estadia nao teve grandes problemas, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento e a limpeza dos quartos. Havia lata de cerveja e pacote de biscoito abertos ao lado da cama. O atendimento da recepção não foi ruim, mas precisam ter mais cuidado com a forma que tratam as reclamações dos hóspedes. Além disso o pessoal da limpeza cantando e falando alto no corredor às 8h da manhã incomodou muito.

Melhorias urgentes
Quarto 209, Colchão de casal velho, irregular, aparência de sujo armário para guarda de roupa e banheiro sujos, faltou toalha, tive que solicitar por três vezes, lençol da cama de casal impróprio para tamanho da cama. Recepção no dia 31/01/01 após virado ficamos esperando a porta da recepção abrir por mias de 20 minutos; Café da manhã, produtos que eram para servir quente estava frio. Coisas boas chuveiro e empatia da funcionária Jessica da noite, Chuveiro bom. Critica para procurarem ações de melhorias.

Hotel péssimas condições.
Na chegada só entramos no quarto era quase 15 horas, o quarto em péssima condições com várias vazamento no banheiro, reclamei 2 vezes na recepção sobre o vazamento e nenhuma providência foi tomadas, logo a noite o teto do banheiro veio ao chão, graças a Deus não machucou ninguém, só depois do ocorrido trocaram nós de quarto e no banheiro havia vazamento também, foi a última noite, alívio em vimos embora bem com a família.

Pior hotel que já fiquei
Hotel ruim, banheiro com mau cheiro, atedimento ruim, tivemos que pagar estacionamento e estadia da minha gata a parte. O estacionamento não comporta os carros dos hospedes e eles colocam em um estacionamento na rua de traz, onde tem uma placa que cobra 30 reais a diária, e cobram 50 reais para os hospedes. O café da manhã é mediano e o local não comporta a quantidade de hospedes, chegamos e tivemos que comer em pé pq não tinham mesas suficientes.

Pésimo hotel. Desde la recepción (habitaciones no disponibles a las 16.30 hs), cama rudimentaria, sábanas y toallas de mala calidad, baños sucios, desayuno pobre. Todo el hotel es viejo y sucio con mal olor.
