"Friendliest front desk staff. A gentleman when I checked in and a woman when I checked out. The only thing is there's not always someone at the front desk (during the hours there says there is, as they're busy), so you may have to wait at the desk for them to come back. The room was FANTASTIC! Like a little apartment. The gentleman at check in gave me the 4th floor so that I didn't have anyone above me, since he heard I had a rough day (car broke down and I was stranded away from my destination - Detroit - en route from Wisconsin). The room was spotless and the hotel itself looks brand new. Absolutely zero complaints. I had to wait for my car to be ready for pickup from the dealership about an hour after checkout and asked the front desk woman if I could stay in the lobby. I had luggage, a couple of backpacks and my purse, as I broke down while on vacation, and she was more than willing to say, "Yes! No problem." Which made my life so much easier. Otherwise I would've had to take an Uber to the dealership and wait until my car was ready or go to a restaurant or something, wandering aimlessly. "
