"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"Was a great stay for the kids! They loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. Only complaint was the pool was freezing! The main reason we got the hotel room for the night to go swimming and we only could stay in for a short time. But other than that facility was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. We would stay again!! "

"We booked this on a whim to do an In town stay so we could go swim. SO WORTH IT! The pool was a little cold and no towels were provided which was okay. The beds were so comfortable & just what we needed! Nice touch was they had a christmas tree with gifts and both my kids picked one! The next morning they were out plowing VERY Early but no noticeable noise. "

"The pool was nice, check in was quick and staff was great. The heater in the front was very noisy, only one elevator was working and it was very noisy. There were a stain on the comforter and only 3 towels in a double bed room. And someone apparently broke a light post overnight outside the side door."

"Everything was great! John at the front desk for check in was quick and friendly. The lady at breakfast was beyond amazing. She made sure everything was safe for my granddght with allergies, even brought me the package to read ingredients! Pool was warm and very clean. Hot tub was warm, not hot, but perfect for the younger kids. "
