"A disappointing stay at Salina Bay. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Check in is at 5pm, and there were no available rooms so had to wait an open ended amount of time. We didn’t get in the room until almost 6pm. There were no apologies whatsoever. The apartments are basic and uncomfortable, beds broken and creaking. "We arrived 11:30pm at the hotel due to a 6 hour flight delay at Paris CDG airport. The male concierge reception staff that checked us into our hotel room Friday was amazing. The bar and restaurant was closed, but concierge made us 2 cocktails and cheese and cold cuts charcuterie board. However that’s when the good customer service stopped. We never received a tour of the hotel compound from reception desk staff. Then we were never informed about any Spa services by the reception desk staff....
