"This is the hotel where I have wanted to stay all my life and did not know it existed! A must for all music lovers, especially classic rock music lovers. I stayed in an incredible room, completely dedicated to Led Zeppelin which happened to be my favorite band - an incredible coincidence. The room and hotel details are impeccable and unique - this hotel is a gem. Everyone at the reception was wonderful and so was the service throughout. I could not recommend this hotel more and I cannot wait to go back. "

"Staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating. The room was definitely a surprise for us in how well kept and how roomy it was. Snacks and water for us and no upcharges for them. "

"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."
