"Overnight trip. Didn’t catch the name of the gentlemen who checked us in but he was very welcoming and helped me get my parking situated. He did notice my request to not be facing Ohio st. Not only did he accommodate my request but put us in an upgraded room. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. It was a quick overnight trip but a good one. Love that the parking is right there too. Costs extra, but they all charge now."

"1. Roaches crawling around while we were having breakfast, my grandson got sick and I asked for some clean sheets and I was told that they had no clean sheets to change the ones my grandson messed up. So that was crazy to me."
